For move-outs, schedule it after all furniture and belongings are removed and before the landlord's walkthrough. For move-ins, schedule before your furniture arrives so we have full access to every room.
Can you help me get my security deposit back? +
Our move-out clean is specifically designed to meet the standards most landlords and property managers expect. Many of our clients report getting their full security deposit back after our service. We focus on everything landlords check: appliances, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, and windows.
Does it include carpet cleaning? +
We include thorough vacuuming of all carpeted areas. For deep carpet stain extraction, that is a separate service - let us know if you need it and we can accommodate or recommend a specialist.
How long does a move-out clean take? +
Typically 4-8 hours depending on the size of the home and its condition. We don't rush - we want to make sure it's done right the first time, especially when your deposit is on the line.
